Christmas in July with Stampin' Up! supplies

I've started on some Christmas cards!! I know you don't want to hear about Christmas yet but I usually start this early

I used the Joyful Nativity Stamp Set and stamped the word Joy then added a swirly scribble from Cupcake Cutouts Framelits and a little flower to the corner from Flourish Thinlits

I used Night of Navy and Whisper White with a touch of Gold Foil

I think Stampin' Up! excelled with all the latest dies in the Annual Catalogue

The sentiment is from Flurry of Wishes Stamp Set and die cut with the Layering Circles

Hope you enjoyed the card today

After the heat we have been having it makes me shiver thinking of winter coming

Until next time ...............

Hello Thoughtful Branches with Acetate

Phew! lovely and warm here in the Uk and about time, we needed some sun on our skin and bones

Only thing is I don't do much, if any. crafting!! just as well I don't live in a hot country but then I suppose I would be used to it and not sit out as much!  I have been reading quite a bit though some Lee Child books - good reads.

However,  I did make this the other day before we got the warm weather using some Window Sheet/Acetate for my card, I saw a while ago on Jennifer McGuires blog she did quite a few cards with Acetate so I kept them in mind and used the exclusive set coming August 2nd - Thoughtful Branches Bundle - I used the Framelit for this card

Sorry about the black on my Granite in the kitchen for the photo but the blinds and curtains are closed everywhere else to keep things cool

I used the Hello You thinlits for the sentiment and die cut 5 pieces and stuck them all together for some dimension, then added some glossy accents to the top to make it shine

I just noticed the double watermark Oops sorry again and

Thanks for looking

Hope you are enjoying the warm sunshine today

Until next time .........

Thoughtful Branches - Stampin' Up! Tree Card

We had a bit of a sad disaster!

We lost a very old Cherry Tree, very sad to lose a tree but on the plus side we have more logs for the log burners we have in our lounge and dining room and cherry wood smells lovely when it burns

It seemed only fitting to make a card with trees and my pre-order of the Thoughtful Branches Bundle arrived a couple of days ago, perfect for my card

Yes it's a Christmas Card in July

I tried to show off the sparkle in the photo below but nah! it wasn't having it

Back in my craft room the lights showed the sparkle a bit better but not much!

The sentiment is from Oh What Fun Stamp Set

I think I am going to have lots of crafting time with the set and not forgetting the dies to go with them

Bonus Days

You can earn £4.50 vouchers by spending £45 during July and spending them in August, this set will be available from 2nd August and this set is exclusive to August, why not spend some of your vouchers on the bundle?

thanks for looking

Tent Card Notes Holder using Stampin' Up! products

Hello again

I made this tent card some time ago and added some stamped notes

You could leave the paper inside plain and it sit it on you desk to quickly make a note

The Little Letters are retired but I couldn't order the letter stamps I wanted until the beginning of July so I improvised, I now have my Brushed Alphabet Stamp Set to make another set, I'll post that soon with some instructions on how to make it

The 'Just a Note' sentiment is from Flowering Phrases Stamp Set
and my Jar with little fish is from the Jar of Love Stamp Set

Thanks for stopping by

Until next time ............

Hershey Nugget Pizza Style Box

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend

I was supposed to be tidying up in my craft room and re-organising but the Wimbledon Tennis was on!

So that was delayed until Monday - all tidy and lots of new supplies put away

When I receive my new products from Stampin' Up! I have them piled up on my desk in the craft room and eventually I hope to use them all but alas yesterday I didn't even have a 6x6 space to work in, so no more delay in tidying

Another thing I have to do and I am really putting this off !!  I have been a Stampin' Up! demonstrator since 2009 and have most retired items in box's and they are taking over the house! not just stamps but retired card/designer paper/accessories/ribbon and although it hurts me just thinking about it 😂 I can't keep putting off the job.........

..... but for now I have a Hershey Nugget Treat Box to share, we call candy sweets so the sentiment from Thoughtful Banners was perfect and punched with the matching Banner Punch

I decorated the chocolate with the Floral Boutique Designer Paper and created a belly band to hold it together

Here is a closer look at the treats - see that one at the bottom left? it looks like it's trying to escape the paper - yummy it tasted lovely

Thanks for taking time to look
