This and That Epic Day

My Friend Carole came for a visit last week and of course it meant we had to craft!

Thank you Carole for the visit and for the many laughs and inspiration we had while you were here, the house seemed too quiet after you had gone and I loved the card you sent me, (click on Carole's name above for a look) it made me realise I still have the retired stamp set you used (Neighbourhood, I think it was) and made me want to use it again........ maybe I will soon but as I have just received my pre-order from the new catalogue (something we demonstrators get to do early if you want details of becoming a demonstrator? contact me today) I really want to have a play with all my new goodies.

Anyway, we got crafting and made a criss cross type of mini album and I decorated mine with the new This and That Epic Day designer paper, mine came as a bundle and it's still available or you can purchase the designer paper from July 2nd

Warning! the photo's are not too good but you will get the idea

This is the front cover and it opens out..... this, each page is off set to open the right page then the left page

this is a view of the inside so you can see how it opens out, each page also has a pocket and I've added a page that pulls out where I can add photo's and journalling

On the left is a flip waterfall effect, Carole had put this on one of her Mini Albums and I fell in love with it, thanks Carole for showing me how to make this.

On the right I did a double slider, this is it closed, look at the 2nd photo above to see it open

Hope you enjoyed looking today as much as I enjoyed making it..... I'm already thinking of making my next one......... although I should really start on my This and That journal (don't tell me off Jane, I have started to make some pockets for it) and then there is all my new stash .... oh what is a girl to do?

Until next time ............. any questions leave a comment or email me

  1. Hi Peg - this is great , I love it and you have made it your own just like I knew you would - you are a genius with all those clever little intricate pockets and double sliders!!! Where do you get the patience from for all that measuring ??? Hope you have fallen in love with the papers now ??? Looking forward to your journal !!!! LOL !!!! Hugs Jane xxx

  2. Really pleased to see that you have decorated the mini album we made when we were together, mine is still waiting! I had the most amazing time at yours, thank you again. Looking forward to seeing your This and That journal too ;)! C x

I love reading your comments, and I always try to reciprocate! Bloggy love is something that ought to be shared, not hogged. :) Thank you for sharing!
